· God’s Word – 2 Timothy 3:16-17. We believe the Bible is the revealing of God’s plan for all people. The Bible is our guide and our final authority in all matters of ministry and life.
· Prayer – Colossians 4:2. We believe prayer is essential for the life of both the individual and the Church.
· The Church – Ephesians 4:1. We believe that our ministry exists as a part of the larger community of Christians, both locally and globally, and therefore we value spiritual unity and appreciate diversity.
· Intimacy with God – John 17:3. We believe that God wants all people to know, experience and love Him through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
· Authentic Community – Luke 6:12-13. We believe healthy relationships should permeate every aspect of our ministry in developing authentic community between families, friends, the church, the community, and God.
· Leadership – Romans 12:8. We believe that the identification and development of Godly leadership through the empowering of the Holy Spirit is essential to the life and effectiveness of our ministry.
· Spiritual Gifts – 1 Peter 4:10. We believe that the identification and development of spiritual gifts through the empowering of the Holy Spirit is critical to the life and effectiveness of our ministry
· Evangelism – Matthew 19:26. We believe that all people matter to God and therefore matter to us. We will intentionally seek opportunities to share the Good News through word and deed.
· Excellence – Malachi 1:6-14. We believe that excellence honours God and inspires people. Excellence is defined as giving the best we have and respects those balances that lead to health.
· Multiplication – Philippians 4:9. We believe that the pursuit of full devotion to Christ and His cause is normal and expected and causes a multiplication of leaders, small groups, ministries, and churches.
